2. Handcrafted Artisan Variations & Color Accuracy

Every press-on nail set is individually handcrafted and hand-painted by studio nail artists. Because of this artisanal process, subtle variations in marble veining, cat-eye magnetic effects, chrome reflections, or gemstone placement may occur from set to set. Additionally, slight color differences may appear depending on your screen brightness and display calibration.

3. Cosmetic Safety, Ingredients & Allergy Notice

Our press-on nails, adhesive tabs, and nail glues are formulated to be vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harsh salon chemicals. However, individual skin sensitivities to cyanoacrylate (nail glue) or acrylic adhesives can occur:

• Always perform a 24-hour patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin or known acrylate allergies.
• Do not apply press-on nails to damaged, infected, thin, or irritated natural nail beds.
• Keep nail glue and small nail accessories out of reach of children and away from eyes.
• If any redness, itching, or discomfort occurs, remove the set gently using warm soapy water and cuticle oil and discontinue use immediately.

4. Proper Application & Gentle Removal

LuxeNails is not liable for damage to natural nails caused by improper application or forceful peeling/ripping off of press-on nails. Always follow our warm water and oil soak removal instructions to keep your natural nails healthy and strong.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the purchase or use of any product from our store shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.
