2. Order Processing & Studio Preparation

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order is verified and handed to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Support

Please verify your shipping street address, apartment/suite code, and postal code at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email our support concierge immediately before dispatch.
